Code of Ethics

Ethics is one of our pillars. Honesty and ethics has always been the foundation of our activities, with full support from the Company’s Executive Board and CEO.

Mediphacos’s Code of Ethics aims at informing its staff about the guidelines, values, practices and principles that guide the company’s management practices.

Each of our employees is responsible for keeping a work environment that promotes justice, respect, ethics and integrity. Our Code establishes a set of basic principles, aiming at informing our employees of the minimum requirements they have to comply with in their actions.

Our employees are motivated to look for guidance among their managers or executives whenever they have any questions regarding the principles present in the Code, and also regarding other issues that may interfere in the company’s ethical standards or its very integrity and that of its employees.

It is part of the company’s culture to take actions in order to prevent problems. Should the employees observe possible unethical or illicit behavior, it is strongly recommended that they communicate their concerns.
