Medilon is a 100% synthetic viscoelastic solution for intraocular use. Its exclusive polyacrylamide formulation provides physical and chemical properties that make Medilon better suited for the needs of the most advanced surgical techniques.

• Medilon does not cause inflammatory or antigenic reactions because it is a synthetic polymer, biologically inert and 100% free from animal or vegetal proteins.
• Medilon has no cytotoxic or antigenic effect.
• Excellent performance for many types of procedures (Cataract, Glaucoma, Retina and Vitreous, Corneal Grafts).
• Medilon is highly soluble in aqueous, so any residual viscoelastic is quickly dissolved and drained out of the eye without affecting intraocular pressure.

How Supplied

Medilon is presented sterile in a single use glass syringe with 2ml solution. A disposable 25ga injection cannula is also supplied. Medilon is for single use only. Do not reuse or resterilize.
